The crazy lady in this photo is just Grandma in her Halloween Costume. She went to a Halloween party dressed as a biker chick . Zoey went to the party as a Pit Bull - she even had a spiked dog collar.
Grandma's friend has a pet rat - how cool is that? Zoey (the pit bull) got to meet the rat at the party. And just in case anyone asks, No! the tatoo on Grandma's arm isn't real.

That's awesome mom! I love the tattoo sleeve! What an awesome way to not get poked by the needle ;-). Zoe and the rat are adorable. She probably thought it was her little sister or something (since she's not a whole lot bigger ;-D)
