River Jordan

These are pictures of the River Jordan, near where some historians say Jesus was baptized. It is a very beautiful area. Today, they have steps and rails for people to use to get to the water - we know it wasn't like that in Jesus' time. There are signs there in many, many languages because people from all over the world travel here to see this place. When you think of this area, think of the pictures I took of the river just a few feet away - where every thing is natural.
